Non-free shipping costs are NOT included in the price of the products, they are always stated separately and must be assumed by the buyer.
Due to the nature of our products, www.crisebang.com reserves the right to modify these prices at any time and without prior notice, respecting in billing the rates in force at the time of registration of the orders.

Delivery
Orders will be sent to the shipping address that the customer has indicated in the checkout process within 48 business hours. In the case of purchases under the PRE-ORDER system, the processing time is 8-10 days.
The delivery period will begin 24 business hours after accepting the order, or once the product is finished in the PRE-ORDER case (in the case of payment by transfer, after checking the account deposit, which may extend the term) and will depend on the shipping rate selected at checkout. If these deadlines expire, the buyer may cancel his order.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment the order is received by the customer at the established address.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the shipments upon arrival, express observations and present any claims they deem justified or reject the package if they consider it necessary. Observations and/or complaints must be sent to the transport company by certified letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 business days following the delivery of the products, with a copy sent immediately afterwards to info@crisebang.com
Loss of packages. If after the 10 business days of the maximum delivery time for the package, the customer does not receive their order, they must contact info@crisebang.com, indicating their order, according to the information sent when their order was confirmed.
The Customer Service of www.crisebang.com will investigate the causes of the incident, transferring the information to the customer and resolving it as soon as possible.
Warranty
www.crisebang.com guarantees that the products presented for sale do not have defects or hidden defects that could make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use.
The life raft fabrics that we rescue present, in some cases, marks, wrinkles and even writing due to their previous use. Clearly visible in the store images, on the product page made from these fabrics. We consider it a sign of its origin and a beautiful patina. Not a good reason to return it.
Everything related to the construction of the seams is guaranteed and in the event of a defect, it will be repaired without shipping cost.
Guarantees and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Clients. In accordance with this rule, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and client products that are in accordance with what is published on the Web, answering to him for any lack of conformity. The consumer and client has the right to repair the product, replace it, reduce the price or terminate the contract. The warranty will lose its validity in the event of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, etc.
Products modified, repaired, integrated or added by the customer or any other person not authorized by the supplier are excluded from the warranty. The guarantee will not apply to apparent defects and conformity defects of the product, for which any claim must be made by the member in question within 14 days following delivery of the products. The warranty will not cover products damaged during transportation or due to improper use.
