We are a small local workshop, and we work with other small local workshops in the province of Barcelona. So our production is small, and we produce part of it under the PRE-ORDER system. For this reason, the shipping times of the PRE-ORDER system will begin to count from when the product is prepared (production time of 8 to 10 days).

Shipping rates

Your orders are shipped from Spain using the services of the Packlink parcel platform.

Shipping costs

Our shipping rate is calculated based on the shipping address selected by the customer. You can find the available options in the shopping cart.

European Union: Free shipping.
Rest of destinations in Europe/Great Britain: Free shipping from €125 of purchase.
International: Free shipping from €150 of purchase. Possible destination import charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer in all cases.

Delivery times will be those chosen by the client based on the rate selected.

Prices

Shipping costs are NOT included in the price of the products, they are always stated separately and must be assumed by the buyer.

Due to the nature of our products, www.sosbag.crisebang.store reserves the right to modify these prices at any time and without prior notice, respecting in billing the rates in force at the time of registration of the orders.

Pay

Payment for the order can be made securely through by credit or debit card, or by direct bank transfer.

Delivery

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Orders will be sent to the shipping address that the customer has indicated in the payment process.

The delivery period will begin 24 business hours after accepting the order (in the case of payment by transfer, after checking the deposit in the account, which may extend the period) and will depend on the shipping rate selected when making the order. pay. Each delivery is considered made from the moment the order is received by the customer at the established address.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the shipments upon arrival, express observations and present any claims they deem justified or reject the package if they consider it necessary. Observations and/or complaints must be sent to the transport company by certified letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 business days following the delivery of the products, with a copy sent immediately afterwards to info@crisebang.com.

Loss of packages. If after the 10 business days of the maximum delivery time for the package, the customer does not receive their order, they must contact info@crisebang.com, indicating their order, according to the information sent when their order was confirmed.
